Account Deletion

Google Play requires that users can request account and personal data deletion without installing the app. This page explains how to delete your GeoChat account.
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open GeoChat and sign in
- Go to Settings → overflow menu → Delete Account
- Confirm after reading the warnings
Your account is deactivated immediately. Personal data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
Option 2: Request by email (no app required)
If you cannot install or sign in to the app, email us:
- Email: support@123weplus.com
- Subject: GeoChat Account Deletion Request
- Include: registration email or phone number, display name, and a clear statement that you want the account deleted
We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 7 business days, then reply by email.
What is deleted
- Profile and identity information
- Moments, messages, and user-generated content
- Favorites, browse history, and friend relationships
We may retain anonymized transaction records for legal/financial compliance. Personally identifiable information is permanently deleted.
